These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and jlbgc10 (hereinafter "jlbgc10," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the jlbgc10 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, services, and features accessible at jlbgc10.club.

By accessing the jlbgc10 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. • Not a jlbgc10 Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jlbgc10 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or game studios.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number registered in the Philippines, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each player may hold only one (1) jlbgc10 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbgc10 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any security verification codes;
• All activity conducted through your jlbgc10 account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying jlbgc10 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;

jlbgc10 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Transactions conducted through your account using your credentials are presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have promptly notified jlbgc10 of unauthorized access.

All financial transactions on the jlbgc10 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlbgc10 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) may impose their own transaction fees.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jlbgc10 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to your jlbgc10 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day subject to banking hours. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests from fully verified jlbgc10 accounts are processed within 1–2 hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Before any withdrawal is processed, jlbgc10 requires:

• Successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification;
• Verification that the withdrawal destination account is registered in the same name as the jlbgc10 account;
• Confirmation that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met;
• No active fraud investigation or account review relating to the account.

jlbgc10 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse jlbgc10 bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on jlbgc10 unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: jlbgc10 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Expiry: All jlbgc10 bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unutilized bonuses expire automatically after the stated period.

jlbgc10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

All games available on the jlbgc10 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing arcade titles, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate under the rules set by the respective game providers and jlbgc10. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

jlbgc10's random number games (RNG) use certified random number generation technology that has been tested and verified by independent third-party testing agencies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game information section accessible from the jlbgc10 lobby.

Live dealer games streamed on jlbgc10 are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective studio provider. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbgc10 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering through jlbgc10;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to make deposits or receive withdrawals;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct toward jlbgc10 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access the jlbgc10 platform using VPN services or other tools to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

All content on the jlbgc10 platform — including but not limited to the jlbgc10 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlbgc10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlbgc10 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any jlbgc10 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the jlbgc10 platform;
• Create derivative works based on jlbgc10 content or software;
• Use jlbgc10 trademarks or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jlbgc10 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. jlbgc10 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against infringing parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbgc10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jlbgc10 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including game losses incurred through normal play;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from use of the jlbgc10 platform;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account where jlbgc10 was not at fault;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond jlbgc10's reasonable control;
• Actions of third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not fully permitted, jlbgc10's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to jlbgc10 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

jlbgc10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The Company complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to responsible gaming and provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by any player from within their jlbgc10 account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;

jlbgc10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Conduct of any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested;
• Request by a regulatory authority including PAGCOR;
• A court order or other binding legal direction;
• Death of the account holder (funds will be released to the estate subject to verification).

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, jlbgc10 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable law. Where termination is not due to player fault, jlbgc10 will return the verified cash balance to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their jlbgc10 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and any verified cash balance will be returned to the player's last-used withdrawal method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jlbgc10 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jlbgc10's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team and formally submitting the dispute in writing to [email protected].

jlbgc10 will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal means, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority, or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

jlbgc10 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the jlbgc10 platform.

Continued use of the jlbgc10 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jlbgc10 and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always accessible via the jlbgc10 footer navigation. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jlbgc10 will maintain a version history of these Terms upon request submitted to our support team.
